How Do I Place an Order by Mail, Phone or Fax?

How Do I Place an Order Online? Here's an Overview of how to place an order with us online.
- When you have found the item(s) you are interested in, select the format you prefer (if applicable) and then click the "Add to Cart" button located on the bottom of the page.
- The Shopping Cart shows you which products you selected, the types of product, cost and quantity. If you wish to take advantage of our free 30-day trial select the "preview" option. If you have a promotion code - from a catalog, proposal or special mailing please enter it here. You can also select the method of shipping (Regular or Overnight). After any changes you make click the "Update Cart" button on the bottom of the page.
- Entering Billing and Shipping Information. Required fields are indicated with an asterick (*). Some fields are optional, but we ask that you fill out as much information as you can - this helps us contact you if we have a question. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, you have the option of checking the box labeled "The shipping address is the same as the billing address." Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box.
- Checkout. Please enter your Payment Method and the respective information for that method. If you are paying by Credit Card or Purchase Order click the "Process Credit Card" button or the "Pay by Purchase Order Number" button.
Print the confirmation page for your records. You will receive an email by Quantum containing your shipping notification with tracking information.
If you are planning to fax the order to us select the "show invoice" box. Your shopping cart will be deleted and you will be directed to a printable page containing your order and information.
Do You Accept International Orders? Human Relations Media accepts international orders. International orders must be pre-paid using either Mastercard, Visa, a check received prior to shipping or wire transfer. All purchases must be in United States dollars.
What are your Accepted Methods of Payment? Human Relations Media accepts MasterCard, Visa, Check or Purchase Orders.

| 30-Day Free Trial and Lifetime Replacement Guarantee |
About the Trial Human Relations Media offers a free 30-Day trial on all our VHS/DVD programs. We send the entire program with all the support materials out for you to look at. After you preview the items you can keep the programs and either pay off the packing slip or call Customer Service at 800-431-2050 to request a invoice.
How Many Items Can I Preview? You can preview up to ten titles at one time.
Am I Automatically Billed after 30 Days? No. Human Relations Media will not automatically send an invoice out after the 30 day trial. If you need an invoice sent to you call us at 800-431-2050.
When Does the 30-Day Trial begin? The 30-Day Trial begins the day you receive the order.
Can I Request an Extension? Yes. Contact Customer Service and we will set up an extension date with you. Please note you will still receive reminders from us after the initial thirty days.
How Do I Return Some Programs? You can refer to the "Preview or Purchase Information" sheet sent with your order. If you do not have this sheet follow the steps below.
- Return the materials to us at your expense, by the carrier of your choice (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Enclose a copy of your Packing Slip in the box. If you do not have a copy, then enclose a note containing the following information: your name, institution's name and address, your phone number and/or email address.
- You can use the lower left portion of the packing slip as a mailing label.
- The returns should be mailed to the following address:

What is the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee? If during the lifetime of the program any part is lost or damaged, we will replace it FREE of charge.

| Shipping and Handling Information | What are the Shipping and Handling Charges? The Shipping and Handling Charge is 10% of the total of your order. If your order is $59.00 or less you will be charged the minimum shipping and handling charge of $5.99. |
Can I Get an Order Sent Overnight? |
Yes. If you need an item sent overnight please contact Customer Service for the exact charge. These charges are based on weight and destination.
When Can I Expect My Order? It usually takes 7-10 business days from when we receive your order for you to receive it.
What Are Your Shipping Methods? Human Relations Media ships via UPS Ground and USPS.

| Backorders | What Happens if an Item is on Backorder? Backorder items are noted on your packing slip under the "b/o" column. If you need to find out when you can expect the item, you can contact Customer Service. The balance due on your packing slip will not include any backordered items. You will be charged for them when they are sent.

How Do I Get On/Off Your Mailing List? Contact us by mail, phone, fax or email if you would like to:
- Eliminate duplicate catalogs or change the receiver's name.
- Change the mailing address if you are moving.
- Be added on to our mailing address.
How Do I Get On/Off Your Email List? On the bottom of each email offer we send there is an Unsubscribe link. You can also contact us by mail, phone, email or fax to remove your email address from our list. If you would like to be added to our email list, and receive monthly special offers, simply contact us at service@hrmvideo.com or by phone at 800-431-2050.
