This program provides viewers with straight information about the dangers of heroin use—including AIDS risks, addiction, overdose, and other health threats. It will also impress upon teens that, contrary to the message sent out by the media and the music business, heroin is neither sexy, cool, nor glamorous. The video is structured around the candid statements of young people whose lives have been ravaged by heroin—-people who thought they could use heroin without becoming addicted to it.
