Copyright. All materials purchased from Human Relations Media including, but not limited to video, graphics, audio, text and images are property of Human Relations Media, and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Licensee has no ownership of the above mentioned content. Licensee may not copy, display, create derivative works from, transmit, perform, modify, display or sell any information, products or services obtained from this site, except as expressly permitted under the applicable law, as expressly stated for a specific product, or as described in these Terms of Use. The content is licensed solely for classroom teaching, research and individual presentations for use in educational institutions or public libraries. No admission charge may be made for showing Human Relations Media video titles.

Public Performance Rights. Videos/DVDs and streamed digital media files cannot be shown in public places, including classrooms, without public performance rights. Included in the price of this video is a public performance license which is defined as “the viewing of a video in the course of face-to-face teaching activities in a classroom, library, or a similar setting dedicated to instruction.” You may not transmit videos to other buildings or locations outside the building that has originated the transmission. Open or closed transmission to multiple locations requires a license from Human Relations Media. Duplication in any form without written permission from Human Relations Media is prohibited.

Term. The term of this License Agreement shall be concurrent with the length of the license chosen by the Licensee (i.e. 1 year, 3 years, or other agreed upon term). Upon expiration, non-renewal, or any termination of license, all Licensee’s rights to use the content shall cease. All content in all formats must be erased, deleted or destroyed upon expiration or any termination of this agreement.

Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with any Human Relations Media product, you may return it, in saleable condition, freight prepaid within 30 days to receive a refund of the purchase price.

Miscellaneous. Human Relations Media reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use. Please check this page periodically for any modifications. User’s continued use of this site following the posting of any changes will mean that the user has accepted the changes. Human Relations Media may add, delete or modify features, titles as wells as the scope of service and support provided. Pricing, product features and specifications and product title are all subject to change without notice.
